Take I-40 East to Newport. Near Newport look for exit 432b and get off there. Take hwy 25 east till you come to hwy 340. Turn left on hwy 340.

 

Take the next right on Long Creek Rd. fter some winding, you will come to Browns Chapel Rd to the right and a small concrete wall that says "Winter" on it.  Go up the gravel road that forks with Brown Chapel until you get to the bend.  You are in the middle of a wheat field and on top of a hill.  This is where we observe.
